Programs to Support Your Mental Health and Well-Being
Group Exercise
Participating in group exercise supports mental health and overall well-being by reducing stress, boosting mood, and fostering social connections. The encouragement of a supportive environment, the sense of shared achievement, and the opportunity to build skills all contribute to these benefits.
YMCA 360
Explore mindfulness, yoga, and spiritual wellness with YMCA 360. Our guided videos help you reduce stress, increase focus, and nurture you mind, body, and spirit — anytime, anywhere. Perfect for beginners and experienced practitioners alike, these sessions support balance, relaxation, and overall well-being.
FOREVERWELL
For adults 55 and older, our programs include the Senior Community Hub, specialized classes like arthritis aquatics and seated exercise, plus card clubs, game groups, and more supporting both wellness and social connection.
Volunteer
Volunteering goes beyond giving back — it also supports your mental health. Studies show it can lower depression and anxiety, reduce stress, and increase feelings of happiness and purpose, thanks to the brain's release of dopamine.
