Break a sweat, chat with a friend, relax your mind, challenge your body, or reconnect and recharge! The Y offers more than 50 drop-in group exercise classes each week, that are FREE for YMCA members! We also offer 15+ family-friendly classes. These classes are open to kids age 7 and up when attended with an adult. We promise to help support you through every stage of life, regardless of age, physical ability, size or shape. We offer land and water group exercise classes for those who enjoy the encouragement of instructors and classmates.
